Jason Dunahoe’s practice focuses primarily on helping individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injury or lost a family member due to the negligence of others. Jason also has experience in a wide variety of other types of legal disputes including antitrust, breach of contract, business disparagement, fraud, and trade secret misappropriation claims. He also has extensive experience in class actions, Daubert/expert issues, insurance coverage, and maritime law.
Jason was born and raised in Natchitoches, Louisiana. He graduated from Washington and Lee University with a degree in Economics. Jason then attended Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center where he earned his law degree. While at LSU, Jason was the Recent Developments Editor of the Louisiana Law Review and received the CALI award for achieving the highest grade in Torts.
Jason is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas as well as the U. S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
